  1. What are your payment methods & ordering procedures?

    Our website offers immediate secure internet ordering through Plug `n Pay Technologies. With this process, no one will have access to the information you submit but your bank and Ladybutton Fabrics. You may use all major credit cards. We also accept Paypal.   2. What is your return policy?

    If not completely satisfied with any item within 21 days, return in original packaging for a refund. Please note that refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee and do not include the refund of shipping charges. Please note that fabric returned must be in same condition that you received it. Not washed, refolded or in any way altered. Any fabric received in any other condition will not be accepted for refund. If you need to make a return, please call us for return information. 

    NOTE: Special orders are not returnable.
    NOTE: Books and Patterns are not returnable.
    NOTE: International orders are NOT RETURNABLE.

  3. Do you ship Internationally?

    Yes, we ship all over the world. We realize how difficult it is to find beautiful fabric, and so we like to accommodate all our customers.

  4. I need my fabric in a hurry! Do you offer expedited shipping?

    If you need your order right away, please call the shop to place your order at 1-800-743-7575 and we will let you know the rate for next day, 2nd day or 3rd day shipping.

  5. How can I find a particular item in the Fabric Shop?

    The easiest and fastest way to find something in any of our in-store categories is to use the Search located at the top right side of each page. You can search by the name of the product, or features of the products such as manufacturer, color, theme, etc.

    If you're not sure how to an item is spelled, use only a portion of the name. For example, typing in "butterfl" will lead you to Butterfly and Butterflies.

  6. Can I browse through everything you have to order?

    Our site is also a great place to browse. Select any of the in-store categories from the drop-down menu listed at the top of each page. Visit our many specialty and manufacturer categories or explore our What's New? and Clearance section.

  7. Can I order a fabric that says TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK?

    If an item is listed as TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK, you can order it, and it should be shipped within 30 days. If it is going to be longer, there will be a note after that notice, telling you when it will be back in.

  8. What is your return policy for special orders?

    Special orders are non refundable, and are final sale. Please make sure that you want what you are ordering and that it is correct.

  9. How soon after I place my order will it ship?

    We normally ship within 1 day of placing your order. We will email or call you if this is not possible. Please check your email shortly after you place your order.

  10. Can I order online if I live outside the United States?

    If you live outside of the United States, you can still order directly online. At checkout please choose the appropriate location by using the drop down menu. If you are in Canada, please choose Canada. If you are anywhere else outside the United States, please choose Shipping Outside North America. Choosing the incorrect location will only slow down your order. Please email us with any questions prior to ordering, and we will verify availability and answer any questions you may have. We ship daily overseas. Most of the time we ship Global Priority and you will have your fabric quickly!
