  1. Is all your fabric up on your site?

    We update our site as much as possible. If there is a fabric you do not see, it may very well be that we have it... or can get it for you if it is a current pattern. Please call 1-800-743-7575 or email us.

  2. What is your return policy?

    If not completely satisfied with any item within 21 days, return in original packaging for a refund. Please note that refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee and do not include the refund of shipping charges. Please note that fabric returned must be in same condition that you received it. Not washed, refolded or in any way altered. Any fabric returned in any condition other than the condition it was received in will not be accepted for refund. If you need to make a return, please call us at 1-800-743-7575 or 1-610-681-5162 for return instructions. NOTE: Special orders are not returnable. Sorry, no exceptions.

  3. What is your return policy on special orders?

    Sorry, special orders are FINAL SALE, and are NOT returnable unless the goods are defective, which would not be known to us, as we only sell first quality.

    Please make sure you know what you need to avoid unnecessary errors. We will be happy to answer any of your questions prior to placing a special order.

  4. Do you ship internationally?

    We ship worldwide on a regular basis, and are happy to send our beautiful fabrics to our friends all over the world.

    There is an option for international orders at checkout, and we ship Global Priority Flat Rate most of the time. With larger orders we will use Priority International. Please check our shipping rates page for the charges and also check our international policies. While it is quite economical to send fabrics using the Global Flat Rate envelopes, they are not insured. If you want your package insured, we can send you the rate for your approval before recharging your card.

    In the rare instance the shipping is not right for the amount of fabric, we will contact you for permission to charge you the correct rate. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE NO LONGER SHIP TO BRAZIL OR S.A. DUE TO THE LENGTH OF TIME TO GET THERE AND PEOPLE NOT GETTING THERE PACKAGES.

  5. What is a fabric card?

    If you would like to send a picture of our fabric to a friend or relative to show them a prospective fabric for you or them, you can use our fabric card feature, and it will email them a picture of the fabric.

  6. Why do I see SOLD OUT fabric on your site?

    Sometimes although a fabric is sold out, we may be trying to secure more, so will leave a sold out fabric on the site while we look. Sometimes we know we can get it, but want to see if there is any more interest in a particular fabric. People do email us or call us about sold out fabrics, and so we do get more in. Please call us if there is something you are looking for. 1-800-743-7575.

  7. Is my information secure with you.

    Your information is secure with us. We do not share or sell any information about you and that includes your email address. When you shop with us, you can be confident that your information is never disclosed to a third party.

    We are in northeast Pennsylvania in Gilbert.
