What are your shipping rates? Do you ship internationally?

We ship most orders over $10.00 by UPS (United Parcel Service.) On some smaller orders we now use the US Postal service rather than ask you for more shipping to go UPS. The shopping cart system automatically calculates shipping costs based on the dollar amount of your purchase. All domestic orders are shipped insured for your protection, and rates reflect this. Insurance is available on international orders if you would like, however shipping rates are more, please check with us if you want your package insured. We are not responsible for uninsured packages, and not responsible for any customs fees your country may charge once the package reaches your country.
We ship Internationally using Global Priority. We can get up to 8 yards of cotton fabric (depending on the fabric) in a flat rate Global Priority envelope. Here is an EXAMPLE of the rates to countries outside the United States. We will contact you if these rates do not work going to your country. We are happy to ship to our friends internationally. If you want your package insured then please let us know, as while these rates are economical, this method of shipping does not allow us to insure your package, and it can not be tracked. Please put a note in the note section at checkout and we will email you with an insured rate for your approval if you would like your package insured. Normally you will receive your package using this method in about a week to two weeks, depending on the country you live in. With new customs security, this may vary.
PLEASE NOTE that we no longer ship to Brazil. Due to the length of delivery time and people not getting their packages we have decided to suspend shipping there. Any orders received from Brazil will be voided. We apologize for the inconvenience.

These rates will not apply to fleece, some flannel if you are ordering a lot or any heavier than normal cotton. You can call our local number if you would like for the correct rate. 1-610-681-5162. Please note due to the bulk of fleece we do not ship it internationally.

2.
How long will it take for my fabric to ship once my order is placed?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email from us, confirming that we have received your order. Your fabric should ship out within 48 hours, sometimes the next day, not counting weekends.
When possible, or if you need it shipped sooner, please put a note in the section in the order form, and we will ship it sooner. We will call you or email you if that is not possible.

3.
What is your return policy?

If not completely satisfied with any item within 21 days, return in original packaging for a refund. Please note that refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee and do not include the refund of shipping charges.
Please note that fabric returned must be in same condition that you received it. Not washed, refolded or in any way altered. Any fabric received in any other condition will not be accepted for refund.
If you need to make a return, please call us for return information, 1-800-743-7575, and make sure it ships to the Post Office Box address on the bottom of every page on the site. The return address on the box you receive from UPS is for UPS only, and will never get back to us if used.
